Step 1: We need to calculate the product size and the required load capacity before assembling the 48V LiFePO4 battery pack, then calculate the power of the assembled Li-ion battery pack according to the necessary power of the product and then select the Li-ion battery according to the calculation result.

Step 2: We also need to prepare a container for fixing lithium batteries to prevent changes in the process of moving after the lithium battery pack is placed. Separate lithium battery materials in series, it’s better to connect two lithium batteries together, such as silicone rubber.

Step 3: First arrange the lithium batteries neatly, and then fix each string of lithium batteries with materials. After each string of lithium batteries is installed, it is best to separate each string of lithium batteries with insulating materials such as barley paper, because damage to the skin of lithium batteries will lead to subsequent short circuits.

Step 4: After finishing and fixing, the main series of steps can be completed with nickel tape. When the lithium battery pack is finished in series, the next step of processing is finished. Tie the battery pack with tape, and first seal the positive and negative poles with barley paper to avoid short circuits caused by subsequent mishandling.

Choose the right battery and match the battery type, voltage and internal resistance. Please balance the battery before assembling. Cut electrodes and punch holes.
According to the size of the aperture, calculate the distance and cut the insulation board.
