We call the device that can directly convert chemical energy, internal energy, light energy, atomic energy, and other forms of energy into electrical energy as Service battery. Service Batteries are widely used in life, production, scientific research, and other fields.

What is Lithium battery?

12v / 24v / 36v / 48v Lithium Battery

Lithium battery is a type of battery that uses lithium metal or lithium alloy as the negative electrode material and uses a non-aqueous electrolyte solution.

(1) Advantages

  • The energy is relatively high.
  • Long service life, the service life can reach more than 6 years.
  • High rated voltage (3V Battery cell, single working voltage is 3.7V or 3.2V).
  • With high power handling capacity.
  • The self-discharge rate is very low.
  • Light weight.
  • High and low temperature adaptability.
  • Green and environmental protection, regardless of production, use and scrap, it does not contain or produce any toxic and harmful heavy metal elements and substances such as lead, mercury, and cadmium.
  • The production basically does not consume water, which is very beneficial to our country which is short of water.

(2) Disadvantages

  • Lithium primary batteries need BMS protection to solve safety issues.
  • The lithium-ion battery of lithium cobalt oxide cannot be discharged with a large current, is expensive, and has poor safety.
  • Lithium-ion batteries need to protect the circuit to prevent the battery from being overcharged and discharged.
  • The production requirements are high and the cost is high.
  • The conditions of use are limited, and the use of high and low temperatures is dangerous.

What is Storage battery?

A storage battery is a device that directly converts chemical energy into electrical energy. It is a rechargeable battery designed to be recharged through a reversible chemical reaction, also known as a secondary battery.

Its working principle: When charging, the external electric energy is used to regenerate the internal active material, and the electric energy is stored as chemical energy. When it needs to be discharged, the chemical energy is converted into electric energy output again, such as the mobile phone battery commonly used in life.

Storage battery is a kind of chemical “power source” widely used in the world. It has the advantages of stable voltage, safety and reliability, low price, wide application range, abundant raw materials and high recycling rate. It is the battery with the largest output and the widest application among all kinds of batteries in the world. Solar battery manufacturers in China have occupied most of the global solar market.

What is Solar Battery?

Solar batteries, also known as “solar chips” or “photovoltaic batteries”, are photoelectric semiconductor sheets that use sunlight to generate electricity directly. As long as it is illuminated by light that meets certain illumination conditions, it can output voltage instantly and generate current when there is a loop. In physics, it is called solar photovoltaic, or photovoltaic for short.

Since the electricity generated by solar cells is direct current, if it is necessary to provide power to household appliances or various electrical appliances, it is necessary to install a DC/AC converter to replace it with alternating current, so as to supply power to household or industrial electricity.
